Return & Exchange
If you need to return an item or ask any questions regarding returns, please email us at help@geekboards.de.
The refund will be processed after we receive the returned item, and it may take up to 1 week (depending on the payment method). If the refund does not arrive within the specified period, please let us know, and we will contact the bank to clarify the reason for the delay.
Everything works, but I don't like the product
You can return or exchange the product within two weeks of receiving your order if it doesn't suit you. Email us at help@geekboards.de so that we could send you the return label. The cost will be on us (:
Please keep the product's packaging and accessories intact. It should be clean, undamaged, and free of any signs of use. For instance, if your cat slept on the keyboard or you ate over it, you won't be able to exchange it for a new one for free :(
We always ask our customers to pack the products carefully, so that they come back without any damage. This can be bubble wrap (also the same piece used when shipping from us) + paper layer or even a cardboard box.
Please do not stick the shipping label directly on the original cardboard box, because it might get damaged and not look nice.
Non-returnable items: consumable products where it's impossible to determine if they've been opened, such as lubricant or a compressed air can.
Something broke
Within the warranty period:
- If something happened to the product through no fault of your own, email us at help@geekboards.de – we will pick up the item to diagnose the issue.
- If it turns out to be a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it for a new one.
- If it is determined that the damage occurred due to improper use, we will offer solutions to the problem — as every situation is unique.
After the warranty period:
If the warranty period has expired and the device breaks down, don't hesitate to contact us. We strive not to leave our customers in trouble, so we will try to come up with a solution :)
