The Varmilo Muse65 is a high-end, compact 65% mechanical keyboard designed for gamers and keyboard enthusiasts. It features advanced Gateron magnetic switches, which offer customizable trigger points and rapid responsiveness, making it ideal for competitive gaming. The keyboard is constructed with a durable CNC-machined aluminum case and comes in various themed designs inspired by natural elements and Norse mythology, adding both aesthetic appeal and functional quality.
Due to their design, they allow you to adjust the activation and deactivation point in the range of 0.1 - 4.0 mm via special software. Total operating force is 50 ± 10gf and total travel: 4.0mm along with pre-travel: 2.0 ± 0.5mm.
The switch will deactivate when you start to release the key, this allows you not to reach the deactivation point again. Everything will happen instantly.
Through the driver, users can select "All Keys" or "Per Key" modes, as well as enable "Nonstop Rapid Trigger" for near-instant key response. This gives FPS players a competitive edge in fast-paced gameplay.
High precision and minimized errors also enable true analog input, as you can now pack a recorded amount of information and up to 4 actions in one stroke. Combos, spellcastings, and macros….can all become chords in the music that follows your finger, whose tempo you will decide among 2 positions out of 40 in the press, and another 2 in the release.
The race to a lower latency starts when the transverse voltage builds up in the Hall effect sensors, individually packaged and powered from the LEDs they retain their sensitivity even when the RGB effects are maxed out. Similar arrangments at the end of the signals' journey ensure the MCU is at full throttle handling their arrivals, utilizing a self-developed filtering algorithm that picks them at industry-leading accuracy and speed.
Being the second structural keyboard design to accommodate magneitc switches, just like Varmilo Victory 67 HE, the laser focus on travel accuracy leads to the elimination of a large number of popular structrual choices, such as the famously soft gasket mount and PC/POM plates. The now severely constrained solution space revolves around the aluminum plate and tray mount, and compels us to make bold choices to preserve the sound quality.
Special sockets allow the switches to be freely replaced without resoldering.
